Better Way Home Improvement is the real deal! After reviewing 3 different contractors quotes and a recommendation from my neighbor, we hired Greg and his team to strip our entire house and install new windows, gutters and siding. Greg’s quote came in well below the others and he used the same quality products (CertainTeed Siding/Harvey Windows). His workmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Greg did an amazing job transforming our house into what looks like a brand-new home. My neighbor was so impressed with the job that Greg did, he hired him to complete work on his house. Greg is a very knowledgeable and organized professional that I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone. ~ Daniel F

Better way home improvement is the best contractor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They were on time professional and diligent every day of their 3 week job. They took extreme pride in thier work, reviewing it independently before completion, pointing out all problems and setting up time to return to fix once replacement parts arrived. They made sure that we fully understood what work was done, the time table for which it would be done, and the reason why things would be done. In the end we even recommended to our family members who also needed work done. I would recommend BWHI to anyone looking for reasonably priced quality work done by a professional crew. ~ Daniel Z

Greg and his team did a fantastic job re-siding our house! Delays with other contractors forced me to postpone Greg several times, but he was very courteous and flexible. He had predicted 1.5 weeks of work, but ultimately performed the job in 1 week! The job site was always clean and orderly at the end of the day. He has his own dump trailer, so there was no ugly dumpster on the job site. He removed two layers of cedar siding and cedar shingles, with nary an old nail left on the site! I was most impressed, though, with his method of bending the aluminium trim around the windows; his technique integrates the vinyl J-trim into the window trim, and, in the process, gave the window trim a bigger, more formal look, which we greatly liked. Overall, I would recommend Greg without hesitation for any siding project! We will have him back for other smaller projects! ~ Michael P

After getting 6-7 appraisals from different siding companies, we still weren't sure who to hire. Then we drove through a nearby neighborhood and noticed a couple homes that were newly sided by Better Way. Their work was so impressive that we made contact with them and hired them to do our two family home. Greg provided us with great advice and pointed us in the right direction with siding styles and colors. Soon enough our home transformed into, what looks like, a brand new home. We are more than happy with the work that was done. The trim work and the window wrapping is definitely second to none. Perfection ! Greg & his crew went way beyond my expectations for vinyl siding my home. He popped in a new window and replaced my old windows. Greg saw I had a water problem in my driveway and suggested a way to correct it. Take his advise.. He built be a beautiful gable over my bedroom windows and was able to bring the down spout to the far side of my home. The water is now exiting out the driveway instead of back into my garage. The siding job was perfect. The replacement windows were installed with great care insulating the walls aside of the replacement windows. Greg and his team did some outstanding work to our house in Northborough. He came highly recommended and has actually worked on at least three other houses in our neighborhood based on thier reputation! His team was very thorough and the attention to detail gave me piece of mind. We had a full siding job with some added work to fully replace the sheathing, add insulation & wrap along with a new front door and gutters. Greg and his team were recommended by a family friend and it was the best recommendation we ever received. We decided on the wedgewood blue siding and our house looks great and just about brand new. Gutters and leaf guards were installed as well. No more climbing on ladders or paying someone to come and clean out clogged gutters. Were doing that for 30 years! Had several quotes and Greg’s was the best. The money we saved went towards an insulation upgrade. Greg and his team were punctual and worked so hard all day long, even in 90 degree weather. The job was completed in a week and their cleanup of the yard and driveway was spotless. Have wanted to side our house for many years and wish we did it sooner, once we saw the transformation. Greg and his team did an amazing job siding our home. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the product and the installation process. He runs a top rate operation! He had his own dumpster and trailer to keep all of his equipment. At the end of each day my yard was neat and tidy. They showed up everyday at the same time, and completed the job in 2 weeks as promised. Greg always responded to our questions quickly and we were never left hanging. I have had many contractors at our home and always had issues with them not showing up, or shoddy work. But not Better way. Greg is now my favorite contractor ~ Lk4fit

This company is top notch. Greg answered us within 24 hours with any questions we had. We had roof, siding, windows done and the crew were there when they said they would be and that is how the job ran. We had 4 different quotes and Greg came in below all the quotes. He knows his job well and the men working for him are very knowledgeable. Well organized and professional. Greg and his crew are professional, courteous, clean and above all do excellent work. We had our house resided with BetterWayHome Improvement and could not be more pleased with the finished project. After hiring one of the big box retailers to re-side our home (which ended in utter disaster) we found Greg and not only was he able to fix their mistakes, he went above the scope of the contract to add whatever the job needed to be done correctly, and done with exceptional craftsmanship. We hired Better Way for a complete home vinyl siding project and my wife and I could not be happier with the results. Greg and his crew are the best in the business. I had several quotes for new windows, and based off customer reviews, I decided to go with him. I’m glad I did. He gave me several options of how to do the work, and committed to completing the work as soon as the windows came in. We had some weather to work around, but he made scheduling very easily. Greg and his team at Better Way were great to work with! I had them replace/install new siding, soffit, and gutters on my house. Greg came to give me a quote shortly after I reached out, and he gave me an estimate for when the job could be completed. I had other quotes from contractors who were available sooner, but I could just tell he knew what he was doing and takes his work seriously (and his quote was very competitive) so I was willing to wait until he became available. Once they started working (right when Greg had estimated he’d be available) the job was beautifully done and completed in less than 4 days! Since purchasing the house, I’ve gone through a lot of major renovation/remodeling projects and have used a number of contractors. Greg was by far the most professional I’ve worked with. His team showed up in the morning promptly at 8 every day and worked very hard and efficiently to get the job done. They also left zero mess behind from the work and I was so impressed and pleased by the speed at which they got everything done.
